Welcome to Pixelwerx LLC. By accessing our website, creating an account, uploading artwork, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Orders
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Pixelwerx. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, production limitations, inappropriate or unlawful content, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.
In the event of a pricing, product information, or website error, Pixelwerx reserves the right to correct the error and cancel or revise the affected order before production.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled before production begins. Once artwork has been approved or an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.
Once artwork has been approved, Pixelwerx is not responsible for spelling, grammar, layout, sizing, positioning, color selections, incorrect information, or other design or content errors present in the approved proof.
Approval constitutes authorization for Pixelwerx to proceed with production.
Orders Produced Without a Proof
Certain products or orders may proceed directly to production using customer-supplied artwork without a formal proof.
When an order is submitted without a proofing process, the customer accepts responsibility for the accuracy, sizing, layout, content, image quality, and overall suitability of the submitted artwork.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
By uploading or submitting artwork, you certify that you own or have permission to reproduce all logos, trademarks, photographs, illustrations, fonts, designs, and other intellectual property contained within your files.
Pixelwerx assumes no responsibility for copyright, trademark, licensing, or other intellectual property claims resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
Pixelwerx reserves the right to refuse to reproduce artwork that we reasonably believe may violate applicable laws or third-party intellectual property rights.
Artwork & Image Quality
Customers are responsible for supplying artwork that meets the quality and resolution requirements appropriate for the product being ordered.
Pixelwerx is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution, pixelated, distorted, improperly sized, compressed, or otherwise unsuitable customer-supplied artwork.
While Pixelwerx may identify obvious file-quality concerns when possible, acceptance of a file does not guarantee that every image-quality issue will be detected before production.
Measurements & Product Specifications
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, quantities, product selections, finishing options, shipping information, and other order specifications.
Products manufactured correctly according to the dimensions, quantities, artwork, or specifications submitted or approved by the customer are not considered defective because of an ordering or measurement error.
Color Expectations
Every effort is made to produce accurate color. However, colors displayed on monitors and other digital devices may differ from printed output.
Differences in monitors, lighting conditions, substrates, inks, printing processes, finishes, and production methods may result in slight color variations. These variations are considered normal and are not grounds for reprinting or refund.
For projects requiring precise brand-color matching, customers should contact Pixelwerx before ordering to discuss available color-matching options.
Product & Material Variations
Printed and manufactured products may have minor variations in color, finish, texture, dimensions, placement, material appearance, or other characteristics resulting from normal production tolerances.
Materials and components may also vary slightly between production runs or manufacturers. Reasonable manufacturing variations are not considered defects.
Production Times
Estimated production times begin after all required artwork has been received and approved and payment has been confirmed.
Production timelines are estimates and do not include shipping transit times. Production may vary based on order complexity, quantity, material availability, equipment requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
Rush production may be available for certain products but is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Pixelwerx.
Shipping
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Pixelwerx is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring someone is available to receive shipments when required.
Shipping Damage, Shortages & Order Issues
Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.
Any visible shipping damage, missing items, shortages, or suspected production defects should be reported to Pixelwerx as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Customers may be asked to provide photographs, packaging, order information, or other documentation so the issue can be reviewed.
Customers should retain damaged packaging and products until the claim has been resolved, as carriers may require them for inspection.
Returns, Reprints & Refunds
Many Pixelwerx products are custom manufactured or printed specifically for each order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, provides incorrect information, or no longer needs the product.
If a product arrives damaged, contains a verified manufacturing defect, or was produced incorrectly due to an error by Pixelwerx, we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, reprinting, repair, account credit, or refund.
Pixelwerx may require photographs or other documentation before authorizing a reprint, replacement, or refund.
Any applicable return, refund, or reprint policy published elsewhere on the Pixelwerx website is incorporated into these Terms.
Installation & Product Use
Unless installation services are specifically included in the order, customers are responsible for proper installation, placement, handling, storage, maintenance, and use of purchased products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation surfaces, environmental conditions, mounting methods, hardware, permits, approvals, and intended applications are appropriate for the product.
Pixelwerx is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, improper surface preparation, misuse, modification, environmental conditions, or failure to follow provided installation or care instructions.
Website & Product Information
Pixelwerx makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other website information are accurate.
However, typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information may occasionally occur. Pixelwerx reserves the right to correct such information and to update product specifications, pricing, availability, or website content at any time without prior notice.
Product images are provided for general reference and may not perfectly represent the appearance of the finished product.
Availability & Substitutions
Products, materials, finishes, hardware, and components are subject to availability.
If a selected material or component becomes unavailable, Pixelwerx may contact the customer regarding an appropriate alternative, revised production timeline, or cancellation of the affected portion of the order.
Events Beyond Our Control
Pixelwerx is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, supply-chain disruptions, equipment failures, utility outages, labor disruptions, governmental actions, emergencies, or similar events.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pixelwerx's liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or, at Pixelwerx's discretion, replacement or reproduction of that product.
Under no circumstances shall Pixelwerx be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, missed events, installation costs, removal costs, or other expenses arising from the use of, inability to use, delay in receiving, or replacement of a product.
Changes to These Terms
Pixelwerx may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this website unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the website or placement of an order after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
